Out of concern for the health and safety of all participants amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the IEEE IMS2020 and Microwave Week which was scheduled or 21-26 June 2020 in Los Angeles, CA, USA, is transitioning to a virtual event.

The International Microwave Symposium and Microwave Week (IMS, RFIC and ARFTG) 2020 organizers have made this difficult decision, after careful consultation and review with government authorities, partners, and venues.

IMS2020 and Microwave Week, which was scheduled for 21-26 June 2020 in Los Angeles, CA will now be held virtually in August 2020.

IMS2020 and Microwave Week would not be complete without the support of the exhibitors. The IMS exhibition is a crucial venue to announce new products, promote brands, rekindle current relationships and build new ones. With this in mind we are developing a virtual exhibition to facilitate the benefits of a face-to-face trade show optimized for online interaction. The new virtual exhibition will have a lower price structure and exhibitors will have the option of either a refund under the guidelines established in Section 10 of the exhibition contract or a partial refund and application of fees paid to virtual exhibit participation. Sponsorship refunds and new virtual sponsorship opportunities when we have designed virtual opportunities for you.

We recognize there are many unanswered questions regarding the status of your refund and the roll-out of the virtual event. Please be assured we are working as quickly as possible to finalize the planning.
